These features include Activity, Cycle Tracking, Sleep, Medical ID, and the integration of third-party apps.

2. Cycle Tracking: For those navigating the challenges of diabetes and menstrual cycles, Cycle Tracking offers period predictions and retrospective estimates of ovulation, this feature aids in understanding how different menstrual phases impact glucose levels, providing crucial insights for effective diabetes management.

3. Sleep App: The Sleep app helps in maintaining optimal glucose levels. By helping users set sleep schedules, offering reminders to wind down, and tracking sleep quality, it contributes to overall well-being. Consistent, quality sleep is recognised as a factor influencing glucose levels, making this feature a valuable addition.

4. Medical ID: In the Health app, the Medical ID feature allows users to update crucial information about diabetes and medications.

5. Third-Party Apps: Apple Watch encourages users to explore third-party iOS apps affiliated with glucose meters, including Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs). Some allow you to view your glucose directly from a complication on Apple Watch. Others also offer a companion app for family members to check in on your glucose.
